There’s nothing quite like watching the sun set on a lazy summer afternoon. The way the sky lights up in beautiful pale tints of orange as it fades away over the horizon is one of those moments that truly allow me to enjoy summer and all the splendor associated with it.
If you too are looking to watch the sun set into the evening sky, then I highly recommend you go and check out Twilight Thursdays over at the Sacramento Zoo this Thursday, July 25. Now, I know you may be wondering why I’m encouraging you to enjoy a summer sunset from the zoo. Well, I’ll tell you why:
Twilight Thursday is much more than spending extra time at the Zoo (but c’mon, who doesn’t like going to the Zoo anyway?). As the sun begins to set and nightfall approaches, attendees are given the opportunity to come and enjoy live music, a spectacular car show, and great food all within the awesome setting that is the Zoo. So, if you’re looking for something new to do on another lazy afternoon as the sun begins the set, why don’t you go down to Twilight Thursday and experience one of the hottest events within the Sacramento-metropolitan area?
This Thursday is the last Twilight Thursday of the season, so don’t miss it. The Sac365 crew will be out at the event, so be sure to stop by our booth and say hello!
