Tower Bridge Dinner: A Feast to Remember

Farm-to-Fork Week, like all good things, came to an end… and did so in style. Six hundred lucky guests celebrated the final moments of the epicurean festival on Sunday, September 29th where it had began, the Tower Bridge. Despite the fear of falling “special sauce,” the capstone dinner went off without a hitch, and to much surmise, even moved ahead of schedule. Attendees enjoyed a family-style six course meal, featuring some of the best in local fare (the pork and sturgeon dishes were noted favorites in the social media-sphere) and topped off the night sampling local desserts and libations along on the Riverfront Promenade. From the ear-to-ear grins and not-so-surreptitious tummy rubs observed, guests were very pleased with the results–not bad for the first time out the gate.Collage
